We will be resuming our normal meeting on 6th september 2008, and Exco 2 will be the duty exco for that week.
Everyone are to attend this exco meeting to discuss on 2 things:
- Weekly meeting 6th sep 2008 and,
- Venture Recruitment Drive 2008 (VRD'08)
The details for this exco meeting is as follows:-
Venue: Bukit Pangjang MacDonald's
Date: 4th September 2008, Thursday
Time: 7.30 PM [please don't be late!]
Who need to be present: EVERYONE. [those who cant make it please tell your individual exco chair*]
Things to bring:
- idea for the upcoming VRD'08
- notebook
- writing materials

Lastly, there will be a mayflower campfire on the 6th sep. Interested participant please confirm your attendance with me on the meeting itself. =))
