0900 to 0930 - Flag Break(Flag bearer-Liting)

0930 to 1030 - PT by Siewhui

1030 to 1115 - Teaching of knots for the new ventures

1115 to 1215 - Teamwork chariot race competition

1215 to 1245 - Clear up and change to Full-U

1245 to 1300 - Closing

1300 to 1330 - Untie flagpole n pack up
