THE FOXSCOUT VENTURES attended a course held by NorthWest District, Ventrue leadership training course 2007.
During this course, all our ventures went thought intensive training on how to be a leader and how to lead and manger.

Not trying to play around with words.

Manager- someone who manage. Leaders- someone who lead.
Manager is someone who order and plan for thing. Manager tends to see thing in a way that his men get to do less job and yet job done.A Leader make sure everyone is fair. Him, himself will do together with his men and get the job done. He make sure everyone learn something when thing are done.

Meaningful, isn’t it?
